| Based on our work, OIC Poland selected 20 tasks and possible answers. The answers should correspond to the Prediger theory and basic work tasks: PEOPLE, DATA, THINGS, and IDEAS. To be sure that indeed, the particular answer corresponds to the particular work task (PEOPLE, DATA, THINGS, and IDEAS), we involved some competent judges to evaluate and assess them. Every partner had to ask their experts to complete the evaluation form. The instruction of what should be done was also included. The evaluation should be done by 5 competent judges (career counsellors and/or psychologists/pedagogists) in every project country. We had to complete this task before the Christmas break and provide OIC Poland with 5 assessments per country (5 competent judges) by the 20th of December 2017 at the latest. The next step was the translation of the selected statements into national languages. Simultaneously, we had to translate the introduction to include it in the ICT tool for the pilot testing. OIC Poland sent the excel file so that all the partners could translate all sheets into their national languages: introduction and the particular skills with statements. The final national version of the attached file had to be sent to OIC Poland by the 19th of December 2017. |
